Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care at a rural health center in Hayesville, NC.

Provide comprehensive office-based care, including screenings, vaccinations, and care planning.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and referrals.

Document patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems, adhering to HIPAA.

Offer patient education on health topics and participate in telehealth services.

Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications: Valid NC NP or PA license, board certification, proficiency with EMR systems, and 2+ years of primary care experience preferred; new grads considered.
