Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor – DAYS
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift position in a compassionate care facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care following current nursing standards
- Performing assessments, documentation, and administering medications and treatments
- Supervising and supporting CNAs and staff to ensure safe, effective care
- Communicating with physicians, team members, residents, and families about care needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and participating in quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred
