- Provide direct patient care following current nursing standards.
- Perform assessments, documentation, and administer medications/treatments.
- Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure quality care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in care planning and quality improvement.
Qualifications include an active RN license in Michigan, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
