We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Manager in Scranton to oversee nursing operations in a faith-based, nonprofit long-term care facility.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and provide clinical supervision. Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Develop and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatments as needed. Manage documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with external agencies. Oversee budgets related to clinical services and provide staff training. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), valid PA nursing license, and experience in critical care, assisted living, or hospice. Strong leadership, communication, and familiarity with EMR and Medicare regulations are essential. Compensation starts at $87,360 annually, with a focus on delivering dignified, compassionate care to seniors.
