Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with parts inquiries
- Identify, locate, and order parts accurately
- Maintain organized parts inventory and stock levels
- Process sales transactions and handle returns
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for parts availability
