We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Primary Care team in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Manage patient follow-ups, health screenings, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients on health management and wellness strategies.
