This full-time night nursing position involves providing competent clinical care in a home health setting, under the supervision of a Nurse Manager/Director.

Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and self-education to meet learning needs.

Evaluating patient outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for care adjustments.

Implementing care for patients with complex needs, adhering to organizational standards, and prioritizing patient safety.

Demonstrating leadership by setting professional goals, promoting collaboration, and contributing to performance improvement.

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, recognizing priorities, and anticipating discharge needs.

Planning care in partnership with patients and families, considering cultural factors, and utilizing multidisciplinary resources.

Engaging with current research to enhance practice and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, and at least one year of experience caring for acutely and chronically ill patients.
