Responsibilities include
Providing comprehensive primary care to elderly patients, focusing on age-related health issues
Performing physical exams, diagnosing, and managing chronic conditions
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and documentation
