Seeking a dedicated *Registered Nurse* to lead our Restorative Nursing Team in a premier long-term care facility.
The *Restorative Nursing Coordinator* will provide autonomous, evidence-based leadership, supervise Restorative CNAs, and collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to promote Resident independence and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities include developing and evaluating restorative programs, supporting staff, and fostering person-centered care within regulatory standards.
Qualifications include an active RN license in Michigan, leadership skills, experience in restorative nursing or long-term care preferred, and familiarity with MDS. RAC-CT certification is desirable.
