SW Minnesota CRNA Role – All-CRNA Team, Flexible 2 Weeks On / 1 Off, $100K Bonus

We are seeking CRNAs to join an autonomous, All-CRNA practice in a welcoming Southwest Minnesota community known for its excellent school system and family-friendly lifestyle. The town offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities, including bike paths, city parks, soccer fields, a hockey arena, tennis courts, a disc golf course, and water sports on the local lake.

This position provides highly competitive compensation with pay up to $280K. Candidates may choose between a $100K sign-on bonus with a five-year commitment or a $45K sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment. The schedule of two weeks on and one week off gives you the flexibility to travel or enjoy extended time at home. Located just a couple of hours from both the Twin Cities and Omaha, this is a convenient location that balances access with a comfortable lifestyle.
