Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, in Indian Wells, CA, to lead and support our team of behavior analysts.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBA and RBT staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and progress reviews to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
