The Nurse Manager oversees 24/7 nursing operations in assigned units, ensuring effective practice, patient safety, and outcomes.
Sets and monitors goals, evaluates progress, and implements corrective actions. Acts as patient and staff advocate, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. Collaborates with leadership, staff, and community to improve patient care and experience. Manages staffing, resources, and staff performance, fostering professional development and team engagement. Develops policies, participates in emergency planning, and maintains quality and safety documentation. Coordinates recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Contributes to budget planning and monitors resource utilization. Ensures patient-centered care tailored to individual needs, Upholds core values and organizational mission. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, RN license, and BLS certification. This is a full-time role focused on delivering high-quality nursing leadership and patient care.
