What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise LNAs, LMNAs, and LPNs

Conduct clinical rounds and assess resident care needs

Recognize and respond to emergency situations

Manage controlled substance counts and maintain compliance

Support team development while ensuring excellent care standards

Requirements:

Must possess a current RN license in the State of New Hampshire
Must have long term care experience.
RN with management experience.
Must interact professionally with physicians, residents, family members, employees, visitors, and community.
IV Certification.
CPR/BLS certified.
