Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Over the Road Truck Driver with
at least 5 years of tractor-trailer experience and
2+ years of manual transmission driving. The role involves transporting cargo over long distances (typically 1-2 nights out), ensuring safe and timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
The responsibilities include
operating various trucks, including tractor-trailers and flatbeds,
conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections,
loading/unloading cargo securely,
maintaining accurate logs,
navigating routes efficiently, and
communicating with dispatchers and clients effectively. The driver must hold a valid CDL A with appropriate endorsements and possess a clean driving record.
This full-time position offers a pay rate of $0.48-$0.60 per mile, benefits such as paid time off, and supplemental pay for breakdowns, detention, and extra stops. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off, emphasizing safety, professionalism, and reliability.
