Job Description
The Child/Adolescent Therapist provides inpatient therapy and case management for adolescents with complex trauma, mental health, and substance abuse issues.
Requires Master’s Level experience, with two years counseling adolescents preferred; Virginia LCSW/LPC license is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering individual, group, and family therapy using techniques like CBT and motivational interviewing, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, monitors patient progress, and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
