Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during overnight hours (7pm-7am).

As a key leader, you’ll supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, make critical decisions, and support staff development.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring care plans, conducting shift handovers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications: RN or LPN license in WV, with preferred 1+ years of nursing management experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in EHR, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
