Job Description

Provides high-quality clinical and psychotherapeutic services to patients within an interdisciplinary team, supporting treatment goals and ensuring patient safety and well-being.
Conducts ongoing assessments and monitors patient progress, adhering to all policies and protocols.
Creates a positive therapeutic environment, respecting patients, families, and staff.
Offers specified psychotherapy hours weekly, including individual, group, family, and therapeutic meals.
Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, supervision if not licensed, and licensure eligibility or licensure in Arkansas (e.g., psychologist, counselor).
Preferred experience includes working with eating disorders and at least 2 years of relevant practice.
Requires strong communication, time management, confidentiality, and documentation skills.
