Job Description
Seeking a compassionate, self-motivated mental health professional to provide therapy and supervision at school-based health clinics in Albuquerque.
Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation in EHR.
Work collaboratively with clinicians, community health workers, and school staff to deliver patient-centered care, primarily for uninsured or Medicaid patients.
Potential supervision of licensed counselors, social workers, or peer support workers, with flexibility to develop practice focus areas.
Qualifications include a master’s degree, at least 2 years of post-masters clinical experience, licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), and fluency in Spanish.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, professional malpractice coverage, and pass background checks.
Position is full-time, based on school hours, with pay ranging from $55,000-$69,000 annually, depending on licensure.
