Job Description

Seeking a compassionate, self-motivated mental health professional to provide therapy and supervision at school-based health clinics in Albuquerque.

  • Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation in EHR.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, community health workers, and school staff to deliver patient-centered care, primarily for uninsured or Medicaid patients.
  • Potential supervision of licensed counselors, social workers, or peer support workers, with flexibility to develop practice focus areas.
  • Qualifications include a master’s degree, at least 2 years of post-masters clinical experience, licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), and fluency in Spanish.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, professional malpractice coverage, and pass background checks.
  • Position is full-time, based on school hours, with pay ranging from $55,000-$69,000 annually, depending on licensure.

  • Work in person at multiple clinics, with occasional telehealth, following school calendars.
