Seeking a compassionate licensed mental health professional to provide therapy and clinical services at school-based health clinics in Albuquerque.
Responsibilities include assessments, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and supervision of junior staff. The role involves working independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support primarily uninsured or Medicaid patients, involving coordination with school staff and families.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree, 2+ years post-masters clinical experience, valid licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), and fluency in Spanish. Must possess a driver’s license, malpractice insurance, and current certifications (CPR, HIPAA, etc.).
This full-time, contracted position offers a salary of $55,000-$69,000/year, with benefits including paid time off, professional development, flexible schedule, and telehealth options during school closures.
