Seeking a compassionate licensed mental health professional to provide therapy and supervision at school-based health clinics in Albuquerque.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff and community providers.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, minimum 2 years post-masters clinical experience, licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), and fluency in Spanish.

Must have valid driver’s license, malpractice insurance, and current certifications (CPR, HIPAA, background check).

Full-time, contracted role with flexible schedule aligned with school hours, offering a salary of $55,000-$69,000, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Work is primarily in person at clinics or via telehealth during school closures, requiring reliable transportation and Albuquerque residency or relocation prior to start.
