Job Description
The Clinical Operations Manager for Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, oversees daily clinical functions, staff scheduling, orientation, and training of CVIR nurses. They develop and implement best practices to enhance productivity, caregiver engagement, quality, and patient satisfaction within the CV Service Line. The role involves establishing communication infrastructure with physicians and staff, collaborating with leadership to expand service lines, and supporting organizational mission and strategic goals.
Requirements include RN licensure with a BSN preferred, BLS/ACLS certifications, strong clinical and leadership skills, effective communication, and experience in progressive care and management. The position reports to the Director of Critical Care, involves working in a safe, clinical environment, and requires physical endurance and flexibility to handle emergencies and varying schedules.
