About the Role: We are seeking a part-time Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized patient care in Clifton/Momence, IL. The role involves collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans, conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications: Current unencumbered Illinois NP license, Master’s in Nursing, with preferred 2+ years of experience. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
