Position: Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner

Location: Clifton/Momence, IL (In person, commute required)

Type: Part-time, from $50/hour plus performance bonuses

Requirements:

• Unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license (Illinois)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Perform weekly rounding and maintain accurate records
