Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced clinical support for behavioral health and substance-use programs, including intakes, partial hospitalization, inpatient, and detox services.
Working under the DON and collaborating with the Medical Director and team, the NP conducts assessments, prescribes medications, manages detox and MAT protocols, and ensures quality and compliance.
The role involves developing treatment plans, participating in team meetings, documenting in EHR, educating clients, and supporting policy and quality initiatives.
Required qualifications include an active NP license in Indiana, MSN or DNP, SUD experience, and knowledge of behavioral health care. Preferred credentials include PMHNP certification and detox experience.
This full-time position offers $50-$65/hr, benefits, and involves in-person work with flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with physical demands typical of clinical settings.
