Nurse Practitioner (ER) – PRN

Job Description

This PRN position involves providing primary and emergency care to patients of all ages at the emergency room.

Services include ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and treatments, and non-pharmacological therapies.

Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, an RN and APRN license in Missouri, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or TNCC.

Emergency room or ICU nursing experience is required, with ER or Urgent Care preferred. Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner is necessary.

Work is in person in Fairfax, MO, with a preference for candidates willing to relocate before starting.
