We offer flexible in-home and virtual health assessment roles for NPs and PAs, focusing on member engagement and improving clinical outcomes.
Competitive pay ranging from $100 to $120 per hour, with bonuses and mileage reimbursement. Create your own schedule Monday–Sunday between 8am–8pm, with employer-provided malpractice insurance and collaborative physician support. Conduct comprehensive assessments in members’ homes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and health discussions to empower members about their care. Qualifications include an active un-encumbered nursing license, board certification, current CPR, and relevant experience. Bilingual skills and home health experience are pluses. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Work location is in person, with a focus on supporting elderly and chronically ill patients in their homes.
