We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care practice in Fairview, serving patients of all ages in Williamson County.
Conduct thorough physical exams and assessments, particularly for Medicare Advantage Plans.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with appropriate treatment plans.Collaborate with supervising MD to ensure high-quality patient care.Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.Utilize electronic health records effectively, ensuring notes are completed within 48 hours.Proficient in physical assessments and EHR systems.Independent work ethic with excellent communication skills.This full-time role offers a base salary starting at $110,000, monthly wRVU bonuses, and benefits including 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
