LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Geriatrics MD in Vermont!

A long-term care facility in Middlebury, VT is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician for locum coverage in a well-supported LTC setting. This is a low-acuity, lifestyle-friendly opportunity with predictable hours and no procedures.

📅 Assignment Details

• Dates: May 4, 2026 – August 31, 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Shifts: 8 hours/day

• On Call: None

• Patient Load: 8–12 patients per day

• Setting: 98-bed Long-Term Care facility

• EMR: Epic

🏥 Practice Environment

• Standard primary care for LTC patients

• Supported by 1 full-time APP (experienced)

• APP supervision required (consultative only, no leadership duties)

• Additional APP recruitment underway

✅ Requirements

• MD/DO – Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• DEA required

• IMLC license accepted

• Comfortable with LTC primary care

• No procedures required
