Job Description
This RN Clinical Supervisor oversees nursing operations to ensure quality and efficient patient care, visiting units daily and supporting charge nurses.
They assist the DON with administrative tasks, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include promoting resident rights, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with standards.
The role involves collaborating with healthcare providers, managing staff performance, and participating in policy updates and staff development.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), current RN licensure in Texas, with at least 2 years of nursing management experience.
Certification in gerontological nursing is preferred.
The position requires strong communication skills, adherence to policies, and the ability to function as a charge nurse if needed.
