Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care across various settings.

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Manage acute pain and provide palliative care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospitals, clinics, and assisted living facilities

Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation

Provide patient education and health coaching

Candidates should have proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks), experience in internal medicine or related specialties, and familiarity with medical coding and utilization review.

They should exhibit excellent communication, compassion, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Job types include full-time and part-time roles with benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and professional development. Work is in person, with hours ranging from 40 to 80 per week.
