Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Memory Care unit to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

Licensed nurse in good standing with experience in long-term care or healthcare communities.

Plans, develops, and evaluates nursing programs, policies, and procedures; supervises staff; and manages resident care and documentation.

Participates in resident admissions, monitors treatment, and ensures care plans are followed and updated.

Manages personnel actions, schedules staff, and promotes staff development through training and education.

Ensures safety, resident rights, cleanliness, and proper equipment maintenance.

Analyzes problems, allocates resources efficiently, and demonstrates sound judgment.

Maintains professional knowledge, communicates effectively, and fosters teamwork.

Requires CPR and First Aid certifications, computer skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies.
