Job Description

Seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead and mentor nursing staff in a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Wage: $84,572 – $104,998 (DOE) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday, salaried, with rotating on-call weekends.

Responsibilities include providing leadership, managing staffing and compliance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
