Job Description

The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises Nurses & Medical Assistants.

  • Provides specialized wound care in home, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, managing complex wounds and developing individualized care plans.
  • Conducts assessments, performs treatments, and educates patients and caregivers to promote healing.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members and documents all patient interactions.
  • Requires a Master’s/Doctoral degree in Nursing, active licensing, wound care certification within 6 months, and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must work independently in a field-based setting, travel within the region, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Physical and mental stamina are essential, including lifting, mobility, and stress management.
