Job Description
The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises nurses and medical assistants.
Provides specialized onsite wound care in home, nursing home, and assisted living settings for patients with chronic wounds and skin conditions. Performs assessments, develops care plans, educates patients/caregivers, and collaborates with healthcare teams to promote healing. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, licensure as an MD/DO, wound care certification within 6 months, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Requires physical effort, field travel, and adherence to safety protocols. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Key duties involve wound assessment, treatment, supervision of staff, documentation, and coordination of care. This full-time role offers a salary starting at $200,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
