PRN Outpatient Licensed Addiction Counselor sought to work with adults in PHP and IOP programs, primarily Monday–Friday during business hours at our campus location.
Evaluate patients’ chemical dependency history, document signs, symptoms, and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed. Provide group therapy, education, and potentially individual and family therapy per orders. Coordinate care with referral sources and providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety protocols, and fulfill professional duties including child/vulnerable adult protection. Requirements include ND licensure as an Addiction Counselor, a bachelor’s degree in addiction studies or related field, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This part-time role offers $34+/hour for 10–20 hours weekly.
