Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team, covering Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.

  • The role involves evaluating patients in their home environment, identifying speech/language issues, and developing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment routines and refer to additional services as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with standards of care and service agreements.

    • **Qualifications include:**

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY considered), licensed in the state.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in speech therapy, home health, and geriatrics.
  • Current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
