Join a regional neonatal care team as a *Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)*, providing advanced, compassionate care across Level III and IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.

As an NNP, you’ll serve as a clinician, educator, and advocate, collaborating with neonatologists under established protocols. Your primary focus will be supporting the Level III NICU at a major medical center in Fresno, with opportunities to rotate through a Level IV NICU and other facilities.

Our NICU network supports over 3,700 annual infant admissions with access to pediatric subspecialists and a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of NICU experience or are recent graduates, with required certifications and licensure. The role offers 24-hour coverage, rotating shifts, competitive pay ($75-$111/hr), and comprehensive benefits.
