Job Description

Join a leading neonatal care team in California’s Central Valley as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) providing advanced, compassionate care across Level III and Level IV NICUs.

About the role: Serve as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate for a defined neonatal patient population, collaborating with neonatologists and following established protocols. The position primarily supports a Level III NICU with opportunities to rotate through Level IV and other NICUs in the region.

NICU network: Features the largest perinatal program in the area, with high-volume admissions, specialized staffing ratios, and access to pediatric and surgical specialists.

Qualifications: 5+ years NICU experience preferred; new graduates encouraged. Requires Master’s in Nursing, accredited NNP program graduate, active California RN and NP licenses, and certifications in BLS, NRP, and NP certification.

Schedule & pay: 24-hour rotating shifts with pay ranging from $75.00 to $111.00/hour. Benefits include insurance, professional development, relocation, retirement, and more.
