Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Join a leading neonatal care team in California’s Central Valley as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) providing expert, compassionate care across Level III and Level IV NICUs.

As an NNP, you’ll serve a defined patient population, collaborating with neonatologists, educators, and care teams to deliver family-centered neonatal services. The role is primarily based at a Level III NICU, with opportunities to rotate to a Level IV NICU and other facilities.

Our NICU network supports high patient volumes with specialized staffing ratios and access to pediatric subspecialists.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years NICU experience or are new graduate NNPs, with required certifications, licensure, and a master’s degree in nursing. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule includes 24-hour coverage with rotating shifts; pay ranges from $75.00 to $111.00/hour. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and relocation assistance.
