Join a regional neonatal care team as a *Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)* supporting Level III and Level IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.

As an NNP, you will serve a defined patient population, functioning as a clinician, educator, and care coordinator within a collaborative, family-centered environment.

This full-scope role primarily supports a Level III NICU, with opportunities to rotate through a Level IV NICU and other facilities.

Our NICU network includes the largest perinatal program in the area, offering advanced resources, staffing ratios, and access to pediatric subspecialists.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years NICU experience, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, active California licensure, and certifications such as BLS, NRP, and national NP certification.

Schedule involves 24-hour coverage with rotating shifts across multiple locations. Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $111.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
