About the Role:

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will deliver mental health treatment to children in the Southern-Central Vermont area, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs within a primary care setting.

Functions include:

Providing emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.

Conducting assessments of social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.

Developing individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.

Leading therapy sessions and offering education on coping and community resources.

Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active licensure, pediatric experience preferred, and strong communication skills.
