Community Health provides primary care, wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services across eight locations in Vermont, serving diverse insured and uninsured populations.

About the Role:

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will deliver mental health treatment to children in the Southern-Central Vermont area, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs within a primary care setting.

Functions include:

  • Providing emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.
  • Conducting assessments of social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Developing individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Leading therapy sessions and offering education on coping and community resources.
  • Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active licensure, pediatric experience preferred, and strong communication skills.
