About the role:
- The Licensed Mental Health Clinician (pediatric focus) provides mental health treatment and support to children and their families in primary care settings.
- Responsibilities include offering emotional support, conducting social needs assessments, developing care plans, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, maintains documentation, and stays current with best practices in pediatric social work.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, therapy, or counseling, licensed as LMHC, LADC, LICSW, or LMFT.
- Experience in pediatric social work and primary care preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
