Job Description

We are seeking a Day Shift RN Manager to oversee a clinical team in providing exceptional resident care.

  • Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, managing care plans, assessing residents, and supporting hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies while maintaining high-quality care standards.
  • Qualifications include an active RN license, supervisory experience, and a passion for helping others; geriatrics or assisted living experience is preferred.

    • Benefits include a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $65,000-$70,000/year salary, paid time off from day 1, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, and no scheduled weekends.
