Job Description
Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, provides primary care to patients from birth to geriatrics within a Patient Centered Medical Home model.
Requires medical degree, Virginia license, DEA certification, and CPR; board certification preferred. Demonstrates skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, with strong communication and computer proficiency. Supervises midlevel providers, reviews patient charts, and ensures quality care. Provides direct clinical care, manages documentation, participates in on-call duties, and supports quality improvement and health promotion activities. Maintains licensure, adheres to policies, and fosters community provider relationships. Full-time role with an annual salary of $200,000-$260,000, requiring in-person work.
