Job Description

Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, provides primary care to patients from birth to geriatrics within a Patient Centered Medical Home model.


  • Requires medical degree, Virginia license, DEA certification, and CPR; board certification preferred.
  • Demonstrates skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, with strong communication and computer proficiency.
  • Supervises midlevel providers, reviews patient charts, and ensures quality care.
  • Provides direct clinical care, manages documentation, participates in on-call duties, and supports quality improvement and health promotion activities.
  • Maintains licensure, adheres to policies, and fosters community provider relationships.
  • Full-time role with an annual salary of $200,000-$260,000, requiring in-person work.
