Job Description
This night shift House Supervisor – Registered Nurse position involves providing leadership and operational support across two hospital campuses, ensuring smooth patient care and team coordination.
Qualified candidates must hold an active RN license, with a preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and at least three years of acute care experience.
The role supervises clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support personnel, especially in the absence of managers.
Eligible applicants can receive a sign-on bonus—$10,000 for those with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for those with more than 2 years. Bonuses are prorated for part-time hires, but per diem workers are ineligible.
