Job Description
This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with standards.
Utilize coding systems like ICD-10 and ICD-9 for diagnosis and billing, monitor treatment progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
Offer case management to connect clients with resources and support.
Requirements include valid licensure as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience with substance use disorders, proficiency in assessments, therapy, and documentation, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willing to train candidates with provisional licenses.
