Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with standards.
  • Utilize coding systems like ICD-10 and ICD-9 for diagnosis and billing, monitor treatment progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Offer case management to connect clients with resources and support.
  • Requirements include valid licensure as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience with substance use disorders, proficiency in assessments, therapy, and documentation, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Willing to train candidates with provisional licenses.
