Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques for individuals with behavioral health needs, especially substance use disorders.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and utilize coding systems like ICD-10/9 for diagnosis and billing
  • Monitor treatment progress and evaluate effectiveness
  • Provide case management to connect clients with resources

    • Requirements include valid licensure (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in behavioral health, knowledge of ABA principles, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team. Training will be provided for provisional license holders.
