Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

It requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate care, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD coding, and monitoring treatment progress.

Qualifications include a valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience with substance use disorders, strong assessment and therapy skills, and familiarity with medical coding standards.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Training for provisional license holders is available.
