Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group evidence-based therapy, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical documentation using ICD-10 and ICD-9 codes, monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management to connect clients with resources.

Requirements include valid licensure as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience in behavioral health, especially addiction, proficiency in assessments and therapy, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must be able to work in Sealevel, NC, with relocation required prior to starting. The schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, with an emphasis on in-person work.
