Job Description
This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding, monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management to connect clients with resources.
Requirements include valid licensure as a LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience in behavioral health, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
Willingness to train someone with a provisional license is also noted.
